Teresa Harris serves as Human Resource Manager for StateStreet Group, where she joined in November 2024.  Teresa is an experienced HR leader who oversees all aspects of the HR department, ensuring effective management of talent, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.

Teresa is a SHRM member, with over 15 years of HR experience, with a strong background in manufacturing and multi-state operations.  Before joining StateStreet Group, she served as a Regional HR Manager, where she was responsible for HR functions across four states.

Teresa graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2004, with a bachelor’s degree in political science.

Teresa and her husband, Kris, reside in Brandon, MS, with their two children.
