  • StateStreet Group is seeking Maintenance Technicians for our residential communities in the Jackson Metro Area. HVAC certification and general maintenance experience are a requirement. Candidates must be able to meet the following criteria to qualify:

    1. Clean driving record (No DUI's)

    2. Clean criminal background (No criminal history)

    3. Experience with light electrical, carpentry, and light plumbing

    4. Be available to be on-call after hours as needed

    5. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and random screenings thereafter

    StateStreet Group offers group health insurance, 401k plan after first year with the company, and paid vacation and sick days after 90 days with the company. Hourly pay will be commensurate with experience.

    What You'll Do:

    • Process invoices: Accurately code and enter invoices into our accounting system for multiple entities.

    • Maintain vendor relationships: Communicate effectively with vendors and resolve any billing discrepancies or inquiries as well as request updated compliance documents annually.

    • Reconcile accounts: Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy.

    • Support payments: Process and schedule payments in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.

    • Year-End filing: Ensure all tax payments are remitted timely and assist with 1099 preparation.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an Accounts Payable role or similar financial position.

    • Attention to detail: Strong ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.

    • Technical skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi or similar software) and Microsoft Excel.

    • Team player: Ability to collaborate effectively with other members of the accounting team and property managers.

    • Problem-solving mindset: Able to think critically and handle challenges with professionalism.

    A Complete Mobile Home Supply Store located on Highway 80 in Pearl is currently seeking a Store Associate to join our team!

    Position Requirements:

    • Age: Must be 18 years or older

    • Dependability: Must be punctual and reliable

    • Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer functions

  • We are seeking a Part-time Storage Manager to work Saturdays at our Homewood Manor and Stowaway Fondren locations. The hours are 9 am to 3 pm. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting customers, giving tours, and renting store units.
