Sarah P. Clark joined StateStreet Group in June of 2014 and currently serves as Vice President/Administration and Controller. Prior to joining StateStreet Group, Ms. Clark was employed by Parkway Properties, Inc. in Jackson, Mississippi, for over 27 years, serving as an officer in various accounting, finance, investor relations and corporate governance areas of responsibility. During that time, Ms. Clark served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for six years.

Ms. Clark is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with an Emphasis in Accounting. In 1999 Ms. Clark completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is a member of Pinelake Church.

Ms. Clark and her husband Gary reside in Flowood and have two sons.
