Caleb Rowe has served as StateStreet Group’s real estate broker and commercial property manager since joining the company in 2022. Before coming to work at StateStreet Group, he worked in residential sales and leasing through Nix-Tann & Associates from 2017-2022. 

Caleb is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Central Mississippi Realtors, Mississippi Commercial Association of Realtors, BOMA (Building Owners & Managers Association), and ACI (Agricultural, Commercial, and Industrial brokers). Caleb also serves as StateStreet Group’s Ambassador for the Greater Jackson Chamber Partnership. 

In his free time, Caleb enjoys making music with his friends and spending time with his wife, Emily, and their daughter, Anna Jordan.
